There are so many amazing resources that provide support for Breast Cancer Survivors and Thrivers. The resources below have been the most helpful and informative for me throughout my journey. You can also follow them on social media!

As a Breast Cancer Survivor/Thriver, it is VERY important to take care of your mental and emotional health. Some of the emotions I have dealt with include: anxiety, loss of sleep, fear, overthinking, sadness, stress, and feeling overwhelmed. Survivorship is a DAILY journey and I try my best to take it one day at a time. The apps below have played a HUGE role in my healing and self care!

"Calm" app logo

Calm is the #1 app for Sleep, Relaxation, and Meditation.

"I Am" app logo

This app provides Daily Affirmations. Download it on your phone or tablet!

"Bloom" app logo

The Bloom app focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Self Care.

"Headspace" app logo

Headspace is a great app for help with meditation, sleep, stress, and mindfulness.
